I am currently an Algorithm Researcher at Shopee LLM Team, where I focus on agentic reinforcement learning (Agentic RL). I received my master’s degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST). My research interests include Agentic RL, LLM Agents, Vision-Language Models, Multimodal Large Language Models, and Computer Vision.
Previously, I was a research intern at LIGHTSPEED STUDIOS, Tencent, mentored by Youzhao Yang. There, I developed reinforcement-learning-driven AI bots for LOLM, with an emphasis on human-like gameplay and engagement-oriented optimization to improve player retention and grow daily active users (DAU). I also interned at JD Retail, JD.COM, where I collaborated with Dr. Wei Feng to develop CTR-driven advertising image generation algorithms, translating multimodal learning research into production-facing e-commerce applications.
